Philosophy of craftsmanship Everybody processes of this wine, from harvest to bottling,
are performed manually and consistent way with my own idea of respect for the environment
and respect for the typical characteristics of an area like the Bierzo.
Three different places come together to get the best possible criminality of dementia.
Respect is the cornerstone of my philosophy of creation in the vineyard, where only 100% natural ingredients are used,
flora and fauna protect and create half of diversity that help protect the clusters,
for these offer the best possible quality and health.
In the cellar indigenous yeasts do their work without added products,
thus expressing the characteristics of the variety chords to add.
The clarification and fermentation processes are carried out in a mixture of stainless steel vats
and French oak barrels, the final blend remain refined in barrels 228l of Burgundian type,
until its conclusion and its output tuned to bottle completes the cycle of creation.
