Tasting notes: This pink Mencia from vines over 80 years has been fermented in stainless steel tanks with temperature control and short aging on lees. Red raspberry. The nose expresses notes of red fruit and floral aromas. The palate is powerful and remarkable volume, the result of his 18 hours of maceration. The acidity typical of Mencia grape wine results in particular freshness.
