Pre-fermentation maceration at low temperatures to enhance primary flavors and fermented in stainless steel conical tanks at controlled for 15 days, total period of 20 days maceration temperature. Aged in French and American origin, with close monitoring and supervision of our technical department. When the wine was at its optimal time of bottling, the total duration of parenting completed 9 months. 49x24 bottled with cork.
